Special Order Product request **DNR ONLY**

This listing applies only to special order items that are needed by DNR Regions on a case by case basis for supplies and/or equipment. 

IMPORTANT- Special order's cannot be processed with regular stocked CACHE order items. If you send in a special order with stocked items, the special order request will hold up the completion of your order and it will be cancelled. You will be contacted to resubmit your special order request separately. 

Ordering individuals agree to the following terms:

• Equipment Requests (Pumps, Generators, Chainsaws, etc.) 
• Purchaser will request Asset/Equipment ID tag(s) after items are received from your order by contacting the DNR RE Fund 411.
  
• This is for items purchased with a value over $5000.00 and will be added to the 411 fund, rates will be charged accordingly.                        
• Cache WILL NOT provide ID tags but will provide copies of invoices and/or packing slips as necessary and requested.
• Strictly ONE PI CODE per order.

• Small/Attractive Equipment/Supply Requests (Kestrels, Pumps, Generators, etc.)
• Purchaser will request Asset/Equipment ID tag(s) after items are received from your order by contacting the DNR RE Fund 411 for a purchase over $300.00 with a useful life greater than 1 year.
• Cache WILL NOT provide ID tags
• Strictly ONE PI CODE per order.

 Include the following information in the Order Instructions/Comments box in the checkout process.

• Supervisors approval 
• PI/ORG code 
• Specs, Model#, Sizes for requested item/s
