Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. 

Returns are addressed on a case by case basis. Typically all sales are final.

Customers need to reach out no less then (10 days) from order arrival.   

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped.  Please include information about unmanned stations or special shipping instructions.  Please include email address for shipping notifications.  We currently use Fed Ex as our primary shipping agent.

DNR orders need to include Org Code, Program Code and Project Code if Applicable.  Please make note if shipment will ship to a District or Region Office direct.
